This is a chance to join an innovative and exciting national training provider which delivers Digital Marketing qualifications.

You will be confident, highly organised, and keen to learn new skills. This unique role is to support a busy Social Media and Digital Marketing team who promote and market our courses.

You will enjoy working with computers and all things Web, in particular Social Media.

The following is a list of activities but not comprehensive:

  • Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Adobe Creative Suite to produce correspondence, databases and documents;
  • Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases;
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment;
  • Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising outgoing post;
  • Answer telephone enquires from clients, attend to visitors, and assist other team members with their enquires;
  • Managing the team diaries for meetings and other events, taking into consideration the team’s schedules;
  • Assist with the promotion of the business and give details to customers;
  • Making teas and coffees for clients;
  • Attend and take minutes of meetings, in the office and possibly out the office;
  • Organise business itinerates, travel arrangements, meetings and social functions;
  • Proofreading and amending proposals, project scope and other business documents.

A Leicester based training provider offering apprenticeships, training to small businesses, and accredited qualifications. A small but dynamic team who are passionate about using new technology to teach others as well as develop own products and services.

Training to be provided by employer

Training in software applications as required.

Skills Required

You will have:

  • English & Maths at GCSE level
  • Be IT literate
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable with expressing your own opinion
  • Capable of working on your own initiative
