Based in Lutterworth, we have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Business Administrator apprentice. Apprenticeships are a great way to get started in your chosen career, they offer you the chance to earn as you learn whilst you work towards your qualification, and at the same time, enable you to gain valuable industry experience in your sector.

As a Business Administrator Apprentice, your job role is to deal with incoming calls, queries, and data input within our CRM system and spreadsheets. As an Apprentice, you will be studying the Business Administrator Level 3 qualification, where you will receive on and off the job training while 80% of your work hours is dedicated to your work and the remaining is towards your studies. Upon achievement of the apprenticeship, it will enable you to develop the capabilities and skills to progress in a Business Administration career pathway.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support the onboarding of new employers and apprentices
  • Analyse and gather data
  • Create innovative written and non-written content to publish on various platforms
  • Assist in the production of marketing communication both online and printed
  • Co-ordinate the pipeline of apprenticeship leads through specialist CRM software
  • Assist with the collation of data for the preparation of ILR’s
  • Assist with the collation and accurate storage of employer and learner data
  • Assist with the facilitation of apprentice initial assessments
  • Undertake general administration duties to support the development of the business

Desired qualifications

  • An A-Level qualification in one or more business related subjects

  • Annual wage£13,000.00 – £14,000.00
  • Working week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm Total hours per week: 35.00

Things to consider

This is an apprenticeship and as so you must not already hold a L3 or above in the same qualification.
